How To Update Adhar Card Information - Offline Mode (if you are unable to access online mode)

Hi friends, today we are going see how to update adhar card in offline mode
Features:
1. If you lost your mobile
2. If you lost sim card
3. Forgot updated mobile number
4. Otp not received  on your mobile number

Follow the steps given below
Step 1: Click here to vist official Aadhaar Self Service Update Portal (offline Mode)
Step 2: At bottom of the page find the option as mentioned below

"To submit your update/ correction request by post please  CLICK HERE to download the correction form"

Step 3: Now Download the PDF (using "Click Here" button) and take take printout.
Step 4: Fill up this Adhar correction form PDF
             Note:  * Write only in Capital Letters
                        * Don't forget to sign/thumb impression
                        * Mobile number is mandatory

Step 5: Attach the required documents listed in application form
            Note: Needs to attach three documets, one document is mandatory from each block

Step 6: Send this Application form along with the required documents through post in any one of the                following address
